Sizing & adjusting: Once on, press the two sides back together for a comfortable, secure fit. Shape it to your wrist on first wear and keep it that way. It protects the metal.

Sizing guide: Measure the flat, bone to bone width of your wrist.
S: fits 5 to 5.8 cm.
M/L: fits 6.5 to 7.5 cm.
